Diving in Dahab is excellent with a lot of shore dives and nicely formed corals, canyons and caves. An extra experience is combining diving with a camel safari and spending the night in the desert with Bedouins. Water temperatures are nice at 20 degrees in winter to 25 degrees in summer. The Egyptian climate is hot and dry, ranging from 18 degrees in winter to 40 in summer, even hotter when going into the desert.
